The key sustainable features of the building are:

  • 90% construction and demolition waste being reused and recycled
  • Monitoring energy and recycled and composted waste
  • Incorporating environment targets into lease agreement
  • Re-use of existing Green Tag-certified carpet tiles, and also low-VOC Interface carpet tiles including Net Effect tiles made from recycled fishing nets. The ceramic kitchen tiles are zero-VOC and produced in an IS0 14001-accredited factory
  • PVU use was reduced by 90 percent
  • Waste Minimization Programme is developed
  • No lease of car parks. Staff and tenant bike parks are provided at a convenient location
