Atkinson Harwood Architecture Ltd has achieved a Homestar 6 design rating for five houses at Te Awa as part of their “LiTe House" Design Series which are a range adaptive, sustainable and efficient designs.
The Te Awa house designs incorporate a holistic sustainability approach with providing higher levels of insulation (including slab edge and performance glazing), improved energy efficiency and energy future-proofing, careful selection of all fixtures and materials to finish interior spaces which have good natural light and ventilation.
