Approved Ruling: Where project or specific material cost information is required as evidence, a signed document from a Quantity Surveyor may be accepted in lieu of invoices. The document should verify the total costs of the project and/or specific material credits based on actual quantities constructed on site, confirm that the compliant or responsible products claimed have been incorporated into the project, and clearly identify the relevant products together with the quantities or values attributed to them.
