Approved Ruling:

When using a central heat pump that is ducted to all habitable rooms, you may claim that the proportion of heat demand supplied is 100%, even if there is no direct supply to wet rooms.

Please note that if any supplementary heat sources, such as in floor heating in bathrooms, are used, those areas must be excluded from the proportion of heat demand supplied by the heat pump.
