Join us in Kirikiriroa Hamilton for an insightful panel discussion focused on measuring and improving performance in office and warehouse buildings. Together we’ll share the secret sauce for extracting efficiency in building performance including energy and water.
Led by NZGBC senior manager Bobby Shen, the conversation will highlight the current landscape of sustainability initiatives across Aotearoa New Zealand's built environment, including the benefits of the established NABERSNZ scheme for offices, as well as the potential for expansion to warehouses. With the growth of this market in the Waikato, it’s only right that we bring this conversation to you.
We’re excited to introduce Ron Pulido, Acting Head of Market Transformation at NABERS Australia, who will dial in to share his insights since introducing the scheme in Australia.
The panel will also feature Waikato local, Deng Lim from Colliers, who will draw on his experience using NABERS in supporting clients in improving asset performance, and Sarah Wooton from Pragmatix, discussing her expertise in rating tools like Green Star and Green Star Performance. Together, they will cover the different phases of buildings—from design and construction to operational — offering valuable strategies for enhancing performance.
