What you need to know

We want to help you ‘love your data’. Data is so important - it shows you what's working, what's not, trends, and where things can be improved. It's vital as we work to drive positive change in the property sector, prompting efficiencies, fueling ratings and demonstrating improvement. Not to mention, good data is often pivotal for creating the business case for upgrades and investments.

Together our panel will discuss how data is being used by our local and overseas property sectors, with NABERSNZ now helping a significant part of the market and supporting sustainable financing initiatives.

Portfolio managers are increasingly using Green Star Performance data to check their energy and water use, among other things, for the benefit of their buildings and those that use them. Find out more about our ambitions for the new Green Star Performance warehouse benchmark, how we’ve worked with the sector to develop it, and our ambitions for the future.
