A growing community

Established in 2005 by 31 progressive companies, we're fortunate to have the backing of over 700 of the country’s leading engineers, architects, builders, developers, regulators, finance experts, and educators.

Our members cover the supply chain, and deliver thousands of homes and buildings throughout the country. As well as those directly involved in the design and construction of buildings, our members include professional service firms, banks, universities, local and central government and industry associations.

Reducing our impact, while making an impact

The performance of our Green Star rated office is constantly benchmarked and currently has a 5.5 star NABERSNZ. As an organisation we have successfully completed our third year of Toitu Carbon Zero certification, and we're a proud member of the Climate Leaders Coalition.

As an organisation we register, track and manage risks from climate change for our operations through regular risk assessments. Our key risks are to our team members and office environment. We ensure we have appropriate processes and mechanisms in place to manage and mitigate these risks.
