Delivered over two interactive half-day sessions, this course gives you the practical skills and knowledge needed to carry out Homestar v5.1 Assessments using the certified tool. From registering projects and identifying typologies to collating and submitting documentation, you’ll be guided step by step through the Homestar assessment process.
You’ll gain hands-on experience using the ECCHO tool and the latest Homestar calculators, equipping you to deliver accurate and efficient assessments.
This course is facilitated by Sarah Elicker, an experienced Homestar Assessor who brings real-world expertise and insights from her extensive work in sustainable residential design. Sarah will share best practices and practical guidance to help you build confidence in leading projects through to Homestar certification.

To attend the Homestar Assessor course, participants must have completed the Homestar Fundamentals course and meet one of the following qualifications or experience requirements:
