What you need to know

Join us for a targeted webinar exploring how we can help you to deliver profitable, healthy housing at scale. This webinar is targeted at developers and builders and will cover how to reduce risk, unlock financial advantages, and deliver what customers actually want—without unnecessary cost or complexity.

The New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) is working with developers and builders across the country to help them reduce risk, improve returns, and deliver homes that customers genuinely value.

In this session, you’ll hear how better-performing homes could:

  • Unlock lower-interest development finance, making more of your projects viable
  • Reduce post-build risk, including costly callbacks due to overheating or moisture issues
  • Deliver superior comfort and air quality, boosting buyer satisfaction and reputation
  • Save your customers $60–$100k over the life of their mortgage and energy bills
  • Stand out in a competitive market, with verified performance that’s easy to communicate and scale

We’ll also introduce Homestar Ready — a streamlined, low-cost pathway for verifying quality and performance, designed specifically for large-scale residential delivery.

This session will equip you with actionable knowledge to reduce costs, manage risk, and deliver homes that perform—without overdesigning or overspending
