The NABERSNZ scheme relies of its Accredited Assessor who provide an independent assessment of a building’s energy use. To maintain a high quality of assessments, a portion of assessments undergo a Level 2 Audit for quality assurance purposes, looking at compliance with the NABERSNZ rules.
