BRANZ & HEEP2: Household Energy End-UseThe Household Energy End-use Project 2 (HEEP2), will deliver one of the most comprehensive studies of energy use and living conditions in New Zealand homes. What is the cancellation policy?
Full payment for registration fees must be received upon registration. If you have registered for an event and are no longer able to attend, a substitute delegate may take your place at the discretion of NZGBC.
If you cannot transfer your booking, a full refund may be provided where our event manager receives notification (events@nzgbc.org.nz) at least 10 business days before the date of the event. If notice of cancellation is not provided or transfer arrangement made less than 10 days before the event, we are unable to provide a refund.
Please note that for our Housing and Green Property Summits, this cancellation notice period is extended with refunds only available if we receive 20 business days’ notice.
Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except as required by law.
