St. Patrick’s Catholic Church

St Patrick's Church was damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes. This project involves building a new church and refurbishing the connected existing parish centre.

This project aims to refurbish an existing B- Grade building. While utilising sustainable building upgrade principles and the Green Star V3 rating tool, it is hoped that the building will be reposition an A-Grade Building. The upgrade includes replacing HVAC, lighting, ceiling tiles, carpets and wall coverings. It also involves creating an end of trip facility and upgrading the bathrooms.
