Innovation point summary
- Earthquake Resilient: designed significantly in excess of minimum building code seismic design requirements
- Photocatalyst Building finish: first use of coatings in NZ. It uses UV & oxygen to decompose surface debris for rain to wash it off, reducing maintenance/ recoating.
- Lighting Colour Rendering: all lighting sources have a minimum Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 80 for occupant comfort.
