Josefin Bloom has recently joined the Green Star team as a Technical Coordinator, bringing with her a real passion for environmental and social sustainability. Josefin is Swedish and has moved to Aotearoa after falling in love with the lifestyle and abundance of nature here.
Josefin previously worked with Kāinga Ora in their building consents team, and in a sustainability role within Sweden’s forestry sector before that. She is driven by a holistic view of sustainability, factoring in inequality for marginalised groups, drawing on her studies in sustainability, intersectionality and change. Josefin is very excited to be working with the more holistic sustainable framework that Green Star Buildings presents and getting to know our members.
