Recent upgrades to our systems now give us the opportunity to respond to your feedback including improving the structure of our professional development programmes. This has led to improvements across the range of qualifications and a review of the allocation of points for continuing professional development (CPD points).
We’re committed to ensuring our qualifications support you as our community of professionals while maintaining our reputation for leading the industry with independent verification of homes and buildings. As part of the review process, we will be moving to an annual renewal system for professional qualifications. The annual renewal system will be introduced from 1 February 2024.
The table below provides an overview of the new structure of the qualifications, CPD requirements and fees.
